The present owners have been operating the Casablanca restaurant for
almost ten years, during which time they have completely renovated the restaurant and turned it into one of the most successful restaurants in Tasmania. Specialising in Italian cuisine, but offering a wide variety of other a la carte meals, the restaurant is
presently fully licensed and BYO (bottled wine only). Current opening hours are from 5.15pm till late 6 nights a week (closed Tuesdays).
The owners of the business are also the owners of the building so are in the position to negotiate lease options. Interested buyers also have the option of leasing the 3 bedroom apartment which is situated behind the restaurant. |
